???????????? ???????????????????????????? ℕ????????????????
ℕ????????????: A clean tequila with a prominent cooked agave aroma and notes of pepper, citrus fruits and a hint of salty brine.

ℙ????????????????????: In the mouth the cooked agave retains its central role, while grassy notes, pepper and lime enhance its slightly sweet flavour profile before finishing with warm spices and vanilla.

ℕ????????????????: The premium expression of the Olmeca brand is a 100% blue agave blend of tahona crushed pinas and roller mill launched back in 2009. It was designed to be an affordable, yet premium 100% agave tequila ideal for mixing cocktails.

The Margarita is said to have been invented in 1941 by the bartender Don Carlos Orozco in Cantina Hussong in Mexico. He mixed equal parts of lime juice and orange liqueur with tequila and served in a salt rimmed glass. He named it after the first person that tried it, Margarita Henkel.
Check out the recipe below:

Classic Margarita
25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
25ml premium orange liqueur
50ml Olmeca Altos Plata
Add salt to the rim of a coupe glass. In a shaker add the above ingredients with ice and shake hard for up to 15 seconds. Double strain into the glass and enjoy! For the warmer summer months you can always serve a margarita in an old fashioned glass with ice, or even frozen aka blended with lots of ice.
